Scope:
- Develop a data collection system/methodology that will allow for comprehensive and consistent Scope 3 emissions reporting.
- Reduce indirect (Scope 3) emissions associated with the non-food supply chain, procurement, and waste by at least 30% by 2030 and increase overall supply chain sustainability
- Implement a comprehensive university source reduction and reuse policy
and program - Purchase products with reduced toxic chemicals
